She's Got Layers is a one-of-a-kind dimensional portrait from The Cardboard Collection by Hamlin Creative Studio. Hand-cut pieces of repurposed cardboard are layered into an expressive face, turning an everyday shipping box into original art with color, texture, and personality.

The cardboard is prepared with gesso, painted with archival-quality art materials, assembled by hand, and sealed with protective varnish. The portrait is layered over hand-painted rice paper with black dots, adhered to the original shadow-box backing, then artist-mounted and framed in a blue shadow-box frame.
